Privacy policy
06-16-202-232This privacy notice is for Handyman Rotterdam and is written for the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), in Dutch the Algemene verordening gegevensbescherming (AVG).
Controller. Handyman Rotterdam, Rotterdam, NL. Phone 06 16 202 232, email info@rotterdamhandyman.nl. Hours: Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00, Sat 08:00–17:00, Sunday closed. A street address and Chamber of Commerce number will be published only once they are confirmed.
What we process. Through the quote form we process your name, email address, phone number and the services you tick, plus anything else you write in the message. We do not ask for special-category data.
Purposes and legal basis. We use the data to answer your request, arrange a visit and carry out the job (GDPR article 6(1)(b), a contract or steps before a contract) and, because you send the form yourself, on the basis of your request. We do not use it for a newsletter and we do not build a profile of you.
Retention. We keep the data no longer than needed for the request, the job and any statutory record-keeping that follows. After that we delete or anonymise it.
Recipients. The form is sent through FormSubmit to info@rotterdamhandyman.nl. That provider processes the message only to deliver it to us. We do not sell your data. We do not transfer it outside the EEA except where that form service technically needs to, under its own terms.
Your GDPR rights. You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and you can object to processing based on a legitimate interest.
